The rebrand was led by CEO Nick Bailey who became president in August 2017. “We are 47-years strong but 47-years-old, and we need to be re-energized,” said Bailey. In recent years, the attitude towards real estate agents has changed as complacency and mediocrity have flooded the real estate industry. The new brand focuses on “defying mediocrity” and pushing to offer clients a truly exceptional experience. The rebrand will encourage agents to stand out among their peers and provide an unparalleled level of customer service. The goal is to give 121% to each job an agent takes on.
