1 - Pride Toronto (June 1-24)

2 - Luminato Festival June 6-24

5 - TD Salsa in Toronto July 7-8
Combining culture, music, food, and more, TD Salsa in Toronto is one of the largest Latin festivals in Canada. This street festival packs it all in with salsa dancing, terrific food, and more. 6 - Honda Indy Toronto July 13-15
Fans of motorsports won’t want to miss the Honda Indy Toronto, one of the most respected racing events in the world. With a festival-like atmosphere, the Honda Indy includes races as well as family-friendly events like a driver introduction ceremony, victory circle, and more. Interactive contests and exhibits are also available, providing an interesting and dynamic experience for the whole family.
7 - Roger’s Cup August 4-12
The Roger’s Cup, formally known as the Canadian Master’s is one of the oldest tennis tournaments in history. Starting in 1892, this split tournament draws some of the biggest names in tennis as they compete for over $3 million in prize money and a chance at the Roger’s Cup Trophy. However, there’s more than just a simple tennis match happening at the event. With several special events happening that appeal to foodies, tech-minded people, and sport history buffs, the Roger’s Cup is a great chance to learn more about the sport and catch some of the biggest tennis stars in their prime.
8 - Taste of the Danforth August 10-12
GreekTown is one of Toronto’s most popular culinary neighbourhoods and for a weekend in August, the entire community celebrates its Greek roots with this spectacular extravaganza of food and culture. With dozens of exceptional food booths, you can try your favourites or learn about dishes you may have never heard about before. Head over to Taste of the Danforth and enjoy dancing, contests, and more, but make sure you go on an empty stomach so you can sample all the exciting Greek fare available.
9 - Toronto International Buskerfest August 31-September 3
We’ve all seen street buskers perform before, but the Toronto International Buskerfest takes it to a new level by inviting some of the best buskers in the world to show their skill and impress a huge audience in Toronto. Performances include dance, music, comedy, clowns, daredevils, contortionists, and more. You won’t fail to be impressed by the sheer energy, spontaneity and talent shown by these impressive buskers at North America’s largest street performer festival.
10 - Toronto International Film Festival September 7-16
We couldn’t create a list of summer activities in Toronto without mentioning the Toronto International Film Festival, starting as a smaller festival; TIFF has since grown into one of the most prominent film festivals on a worldwide scale. Hosting a variety of film premiers, this event is special thanks to the hordes of celebrities that flock to Toronto.
